You will be responsible for
Establishing, improving, and maintaining Agile frameworks and ways of working for teams, using Jira and Confluence.
Supporting teams in planning, executing, and continuously improving Sprints to resolve impediments, ensuring the correct application of Scrum practices and Agile principles.
Analyzing and monitoring key metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Defining and evolving the organization’s Agile strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
Driving the integration of Agile practices with enterprise processes.

We are looking for
Experience working with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
Proven practical experience as a Scrum Master working in Agile environments.
University degree.
At least 5 years of experience in developing complex software products.
High degree of initiative and ownership mentality.
