The App requests access to your phone's camera to enable key scanning functionality. This access is vital for verifying product authenticity and ownership. While the App requests access to your phone's microphone, please be assured that we do not utilize the microphone in any way. It remains inactive and is not used to record audio data, listen to conversations, or for any other purpose. We respect your privacy and do not collect audio information.

The Evins app may request access to your device's photo gallery to allow you to upload profile pictures. This access is solely for personalizing your app profile and enhancing user experience. We respect your privacy and do not access or use your gallery for any other purposes.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties, either express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
Your use of the App is at your own risk. Evins shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial or personal loss.
